Photo Booths for Sale
Shop photo booths for sale — portable packages, warranty, and lifetime support for rental owners who want bookings, not DIY builds.
You are shopping for a photo booth for sale because you want bookings — not a weekend DIY project that dies on Saturday night.
This page is for rental owners and people starting a booth business. We sell portable packages. Each one ships with a warranty and lifetime support. We build in Texas and test before we ship.
If you want a portable photo booth you can load, set up, and book again next weekend, you are in the right place. If you want spare parts, a shopping list, and a week of soldering, this page is not for you.
By the end you will know:
- What to buy when the goal is rentals
- How a portable package beats a DIY build for booked work
- What a rental-ready photo booth machine should include
- How to choose between the three booths we sell now
- Why warranty and lifetime support matter after the sale
What to buy when you want bookings (not a hobby build)
A rental booth has one job: show up, work, and make guests smile.
That sounds simple. It is not the same as a home project. On a booking night you need:
- A setup that fits a van and a ballroom
- A guest flow that does not need a class
- Light that works when the DJ turns the room purple
- A print or share path you already tested
- Someone to call when something fails at 9 p.m.
A cheap “camera on a stick” kit can look fine on social. It can still cost you a review when the screen freezes, the light is wrong, or the printer jams and you have no backup plan.
Buy for the jobs you will actually take. Weddings. Parties. Work events. School nights. Photographers and DJs who want one more offer. Event planners who want their own booth. That is who this page is for.
Tell us the rooms you want to book. We will point you to Cloee, Mirror 3, or the PBI 12.
Portable photo booth packages vs DIY builds
People ask us the same question every week: “Should I build my own or buy a package?”
Here is the plain answer for rental owners.
DIY can look cheaper on day one
You pick a camera. You pick a screen. You pick a stand. You hunt for software. You buy cases later — or you don’t, and you break things in the van.
DIY can work if you love hardware and you have time to fix it between jobs. Most owners do not. Most owners want Friday load-in, Saturday party, Sunday recovery.
A portable package is built for travel and bookings
A portable package is meant to move. It is meant to set up the same way every time. It is meant to look like a product your client can trust — not a pile of Amazon boxes.
We sell portable booths for weddings and events. You get help after you buy. That help matters more than any one part on a packing list.
What “portable” should mean in practice
Portable does not mean “tiny and weak.” It means:
- It fits your van twice in one weekend
- One person (or a small crew) can set it up without a fight
- Cases and cables have a home
- You can teach a helper the same steps every time
If the booth only looks good in a showroom photo, it is not rental-ready.
What a rental-ready package should include
Skip the buzzwords. Ask what is in the box — and what happens after it ships.
Core gear guests notice
- Camera path — Sharp photos in real rooms, not only in bright studios
- Screen guests can use — Clear start. Big enough to read. Touch that does not confuse a grandparent
- Light you control — Ring light or aimed light so faces stay even when venue light fights you
- Sound when it matters — Speakers help when the booth prompts guests (Cloee includes speakers)
Travel and ops
- Cases that protect screens and glass
- A footprint you can tell the venue in advance
- A load-out that does not eat your whole Saturday afternoon
Output path
Decide early: prints, digital share, or both. Printers add weight and supplies. Digital share needs a plan when Wi‑Fi is weak. Test both before you sell “unlimited” anything.
Support after the sale
Warranty language. Lifetime support. Someone who still answers when the season gets busy. A package without a support path is a listing, not a business tool.
We do not invent sticker prices here. Packages and options change. Ask for a current quote and compare what is included — gear, support, and how you pay.
Need to pay over time? Ask us about financing when you request a quote.
The three photo booths we sell now
We sell three booths now: Cloee, Mirror 3, and the PBI 12. Each one comes with a warranty and lifetime support.
Cloee Ring Light Photo Booth
Our small all-in-one booth. Ring light, touch screen, and speakers. Easy to take to weddings and parties.
Cloee fits owners who want a compact portable photo booth that still looks finished on the floor. It is a strong pick when you want one clean unit — not a loose camera stand and a separate light you forget in the garage.
Mirror 3 Photo Booth
The mirror we sell now. Full-length touch mirror for weddings, parties, and work events.
Guests see themselves. They tap the glass. It looks clean in a ballroom and at a brand night. If a full-length mirror is the look you sell, start with our mirror photo booths page, then come back here for the wider buy guide.
Astro Mirror and Mirror 2 are discontinued. If you want that kind of booth, look at Mirror 3 — or start with the PBI 12 if you want an open-air first booth instead.
PBI 12 LED Photo Booth
Open-air booth with a DSLR camera, 12-inch screen, and printer. A strong first booth.
Open-air means no closed cabin. Groups fit better. Guests who use a wheelchair fit better. The party can still see the fun. For a deeper open-air guide — features, staffing, and how open-air compares to other formats — read open air photo booths.
How to choose the right photo booth machine
Use this checklist on a sales call — with us or with any vendor.
1. Name the events you will book first
Weddings and socials want easy guest flow and pretty light. Work events often want a clean brand look. Big open rooms stress light and floor space. Pick the booth that matches your next ten jobs, not a trend reel.
2. Measure your van and storage
If it does not fit twice in a weekend, it is the wrong kit. Portable on paper is useless if you hate loading it.
3. Decide print vs digital early
That choice drives printer weight, supplies, and what can break mid-party. Have a backup plan either way.
4. Ask what “package” really means
Camera or capture path. Screen. Light. Cases. Software path. Training. Support. If any of those are “you figure it out,” price the time you will spend figuring it out.
5. Ask who helps when it breaks
Warranty is not the same as lifetime support. You want both in plain words. Saturday night failures do not wait for Monday email.
6. Match format to the pitch you already sell
- Want small and all-in-one with a ring light → Cloee
- Want full-length mirror wow → Mirror 3
- Want open-air DSLR starter with screen and printer → PBI 12
Looking for a 360 photo booth? We do not sell a 360 now. Ask the team what we recommend instead — and compare that to the three portable packages above.
7. Software is part of the machine
A photo booth machine is hardware plus the software guests touch. If you run iPad-style setups, compare apps with a clear checklist before you lock a client rate — see our best photo booth app for iPad guide. If you buy a PBI package with a built-in path, confirm what is included so you do not double-buy tools you will not use.
8. Get a real quote, then compare fair to fair
Line up what is in each box. Do not compare a bare camera kit to a full portable package and call it the same buy.
Why warranty and lifetime support matter for rentals
You do not make money on the day the booth arrives. You make money on the nights it works without drama.
Warranty covers the “it should not fail like that” moments. Lifetime support covers the “how do I fix this before doors open” moments. We include both with the booths we sell now.
We build our booths in Texas and test them before they ship. That does not mean nothing ever goes wrong on the road. It means you are not alone when something does.
Owners who buy DIY often learn support the hard way: forum posts, dead vendor chats, and a refund policy that does not put a working booth in the room tonight. Rental work needs a phone path and a parts path — not a hope.
Who this buy is for
- People who want to start a photo booth business
- Photographers and DJs who want one more offer
- Event planners who want their own booth
It is a weak fit if you only want a one-time party toy and you will never book another night. It is a strong fit if you care about bookings, reviews, and gear that travels.
