The customer service I received from Photo Booth International was Superb!
I purchased a booth for charity events due to a family member having cancer. I not only received the best customer service ordering and setting up my booth but Josh and Alex at Photo Booth sent a card signed by the Photo Booth family sending best wishes for a speedy recovery. The staff at Photo Booth International are genuinely focused on their customer’s wants and needs. I want to recognize Marge Darilag at Photobooth International for her outstanding customer service. I had been dealing with an issue since April 18, and the process was very stressful at times. We are previous owners of a Mirror Photobooth, that unfortunately imalfunction. We called hoping to hear from PBI .. see we bought our mirror photobooth in 2022. To our surprise the response was fast ! What is fast 2 hours!!!! That’s freaking amazing. Great customer service and follow-ups! We know what cord to purchase now if needed to replace the one we have for our Photo Booth in a timely matter!! We had a small issue recently at an event and wasn’t quite sure what the issues was. I spoke with Mark today. It was a pleasure to speak with him. He was very helpful and patient. I have already purchased the replacement cord. We’re ready for it to come in to see if this is the issue that’s going on.
Mark gave me advice about type of camera to get if we would like to upgrade. He’s going to check about other replacement cords for us to have on hand.

From the beginning when I started looking into doing a Photo Booth, business, Photo Booth International stood out to me. From all the reviews that I read, they were all positive. I liked the fact of how involved the owners are within the business. I really like the fact that the training is live. Not just videos on you tube. Because I work full time during the day, my availability for training is in the evenings. Both Marge and Mark have been exceptionally accommodating to my time frame. Anytime that I have need to set up any training, they make it happen on my schedule. I am not super tech savvy and they are very patient with me. Their customer service is great!
I look forward to growing my photo booth business but knowing that I have the PBI team behind me, gives me that much more confidence.
