6 Important Success Tips:
1. Don’t wait until you get your booth to login to the member area. Log in now look around and get started.
2. Don’t wait until you get your booth to learn the software. You can download a free trial and start learning it now. Ask your sales rep.
3. Don’t expect that something is included your sales rep will itemize everything on the invoice.
4. Inspect your shipment upon arrival, once you sign for it you are saying that the shipment is clear and they are no longer responsible. If you see damage note it on the paperwork.
5. After Hours/Weekend support is via email through our member area only. The best place for support is going to the software maker’s website. They are really fast at responding.
6. Don’t wait till the day of your event to prepare your photo booth for your event. Do it one day before.
